Picked up a really old project the other day. I believe I started this back in 2004 according to my old notes. Wow! I was almost halfway through at that point, and now I am about 65% done. It is going quickly and was easy to get back into which was a relief. I am hoping to have a really nice lapghan soon 
Entered these babies in a little apple pie contest this weekend. It was a first time recipe for me but I think it worked out since they placed second. I will definitely make them again someday because I really liked the sour cream in them. Tonight I even baked some left over apples and sauce in an apple custard way without the crust, yum!
