Made some pizza again, and this time it was a nice and thin crispy crust! That is my favorite kind so am super happy it worked at home.
In other news I have been knitting a bit on a poncho. Not the quick pace of old but it is coming along and should be ready to wear come next fall 
I still really do like to knit so am happy I have started it up again even if it is not that often.

Oh yum! I love to make super thin pizza too. Got a pizza stone at Kohls for like $20 and make really thin pizzas on it. I just stretch the dough onto parchment and bake it on the stone and it’s super crispy and yummy. My latest fave pizza is the asparagus pizza recipe from smitten kitchen.
