Made these peanut butter cookies the other day with mini chocolate chips. And rolled it into a log to put in the freezer. So now I can just slice some off and bake a couple at a time and have fresh cookies whenever I feel like it! Not sure why I have never done this before, but methinks I might start stocking up the freezer with other cookie doughs

I have to be honest it was not my idea, the hubs used to do it way back when we were first dating many moons ago, but for some reason neither he nor I have done it since, until now…craziness!
